Accessed from the hallway via wide sweeping marbles staircase, this
extremely spacious bedroom is located in the basement, which has been
tastefully converted into an open plan double Bedroom and Family room.
Large windows provide daylight to make this a charming area of the
apartment. At one end there are 2 single beds, double wardrobe with coat
hangers, dressing table with mirror and stool, bedside cabinets with a
lamp. This room has air conditioning, and there is
spare linen in the wardrobe if required between maid visits.
At the other end is located the relaxing family area, with 2 seater &
3 seater sofas matching the lounge, with coffee table, TV, and DVD
player for entertainment. Numerous DVD are supplied, and can be
purchased locally at a fraction of the cost in the UK (normally 6 for
£10).
Accessed from Bedroom 3, this large en-suite is actually larger than
the bathroom up stairs.
Fitted across the far end is the shower cubicle, a full-length shower
screen is supplied and covers the entire width of the en-suite, a window
is located here to remove steam. High quality shower is filled as well
as bath mat to ensure safe footing when exiting. At the side is a sink
with mirror and light over also a shaving point. Unusually for Turkey,
we have installed an English toilet, allowing paper to be flushed unlike
most other apartments and apartments in Turkey.
Hot water heated with solar panels providing endless hot water all
summer. Electric backup kicks in when the weather is dull. All towels
are provided (not beach towels) Finally there is a full size bath
allowing kids to be washed easily and safely.
